Hitchin type 23 Vintage Till Cash Register

Hitchin type 23 Vintage Till Cash Register. Made in approx 1972 and thus is decimal to include ½p. The adding up is done mechanically via a large series of cogs.

The drawer will only release if its plugged in. The receipt appears to generate without electric, but as I have neither ink or till roll I've been unable to test that function fully. It appears to work from what I can tell.
