Vintage Brass National Cash Register 1906

Lovely vintage brass national cash register not 1930-40 as I originally thought but infact 1906. I had been told that the import date to the uk was 1953, however I now know this to be incorrect and import date would have been circa 1906. I was corrected by a friendly Ebayer on the age and import date, thank you so much.

This register is working, it's been serviced and runs great. The base has been painted to it's origal black, the key checks have all been replaced with new old stock key checks and the pricing flags have been simpathetically restored. The cash drraw top has been replaced with a lovely brass top to match the whole machine. This would be an ideal register to put in you shop as a working piece of history or just as an ornimental piece in your home.

It's very heavy so would probably need collecting. I'm not giving this one away, it's just too nice to let it go cheap so I've listed with what I think is a reasonable price but I'm open to offers.
